This policy explains what Sweet Crumbs collects when you use this website, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email address, phone number, the cakes you choose, your pickup date and time, the message for the cake and any notes.
• When you write to us: your name, email address and message.
• Technical data: basic information needed to run and protect the site, such as your IP address and browser type, kept by our hosting provider.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie on this site is a sign-in cookie for the shop owner's private pages.

How we use it

To bake and hand over your order, to email you a confirmation and updates about it, to call you if something changes, and to answer your messages. We do not sell your personal data.

Who processes it

Our website runs on Harakumo, which hosts the site, stores orders and messages in its database and sends our emails on our behalf. Payments are made in the shop; this website does not take card details.

How long we keep it

We keep order details for up to two years for our records, and messages for up to one year, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details by emailing orders@example.com. We will answer within 30 days.
