These terms apply when you order a cake from Sweet Crumbs through this website.
Orders
An order is a request to bake a cake for pickup. We confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order we cannot make, and we will tell you if we do.
Pickup and payment
Orders need at least 2 days notice and are collected during opening hours (Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) at 123 Baker Street, Springfield. You pay in the shop when you collect. Prices are shown on the website in US dollars.
Changes and cancellations
To change or cancel an order, contact us as early as you can, and at least one day before pickup. Cakes not collected on the pickup day may not be kept.
Allergies
Our kitchen handles wheat, milk, eggs, soy and nuts. Tell us about allergies before you order; we cannot guarantee any cake is free of them.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
